Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.
I have always loved to travel. When I was young I would wake up on a Saturday morning with no destination in mind and by the end of the day be somewhere I had never been. My ability to be flexible to my circumstance was amazing. I could sleep anywhere, live on a few dollars, and go without fear of the unknown. In a way I have lost this ability. Years of responsibility, awareness of the dangers of the world and my own mortality have dampened my adventurous nature. In recent years finding this trait of my youth has become more important. My candle is burning and I have a lot yet to see.
